Tech radar (radar-as-code)

The RAPID technology radar, kept as data in Git. Rings: adopt / trial / assess / hold. Quadrants tailored to RAPID:

• Languages & frameworks
• Platforms & infrastructure
• AI models, agents & tools
• Techniques & playbooks

The data file is radar.json (in this directory), seeded with the initial technique/platform blips already in force (ADRs, trunk-based, mutation testing, Docusaurus, STRIDE). The bulk of blips arrive with the STOP estate audit — deprecated components land in hold on day one. Ring moves follow the radar contribution process; anything new enters via the intake gate.

The radar and the security allowlist are the same source of truth — anything entering the stack passes the intake gate first.
