Metrics

The RAPID measurement standard as definitions, plus config for the one metrics platform (one build, many views — not eleven dashboards).

Scaffold — the metrics framework and platform config come with the operating-model pass (TASKS.md §6). Planned measures:

  • DORA four keys — deployment frequency, lead time, change-failure rate, MTTR.
  • SPACE dimensions — the human/flow side.
  • AI-specific — agent first-pass acceptance rate, rework rate on agent PRs, first-time gate pass rate, token cost per shipped change, and capital-deposit rate (runbooks/prompts/playbooks added per loop).

Anti-gaming rule, baked in: metrics inform, never rank individuals.
