Gate: GTM Readiness
Transition: product built → sellable / launchable Owner: Commercial (with Support + Product) Runs: before a product's general release
Purpose
"Sellable" defined — the commercial complement to the engineering gates. A product isn't done until Commercial and Support can run with it unaided. This gate stops a technically-ready product launching before the go-to-market side is ready.
