Squad onboarding

Day 1 to day 30 for a new squad or a new member — made repeatable across UK and India, so standing up or backfilling a squad isn't a bespoke effort each time.

The path

  • Day 1 — access & context — toolkit access checklist; read the handbook start, the squad charter, and the product's CLAUDE.md and memory/.
  • Week 1 — required modules by role — the relevant training modules (directing agents, spec-writing, reviewing AI code…).
  • Week 1–2 — first supervised agent-build — a real but low-risk task, paired with an experienced director.
  • Weeks 2–4 — pairing rotation — rotate through the squad's roles/areas with an experienced member.

Why repeatable onboarding matters

At RAPID pace, a slow or inconsistent onboarding caps how fast squads can form or grow across two geographies. A defined path — access, modules, a supervised build, pairing — means a new member is directing agents productively in weeks, to the same standard, wherever they are.
