KCS knowledge-capture loop

Knowledge-Centred Service applied to RAPID: every resolved support ticket leaves capital behind, so the same fix is never re-derived — by a human or an agent.

The loop

  1. Resolve a support ticket.
  2. Capture at closure — the resolution produces or updates a KB article / runbook entry as part of closing, not as a separate task.
  3. Feed the toolkit — the article also updates agent memory and, where it's a recurring fix, the prompt library.
  4. Reuse — next time the issue appears, the answer already exists.

Why it compounds

This is the Flow-state capital-deposit principle applied to support: every resolution makes the next one faster, for people and agents alike. Support stops being a treadmill of re-solving the same problems and becomes a source of compounding knowledge. Deliberately P2 — introduced once the support flow is established.
