GTM collateral

The "go-to-market collateral" output of the engine, defined: which collateral is generated at which phase, who approves it, and how AI generation is used with human sign-off.

Collateral by phase

  • Definition — a positioning one-pager (target segments, value proposition), from the PFD's commercial section.
  • Design — screens and flows usable in early sales conversations.
  • Refinement — demo assets and a working demo environment.
  • Production — the launch pack: release notes, updated positioning, client comms.

The rules

  • Generated, human-approved — AI drafts collateral (a GTM prompt set exists); Commercial reviews and signs off. Nothing client-facing ships unreviewed.
  • Collateral tracks the build — because the product is always demoable and releases are frequent, collateral is refreshed continuously, not rewritten for a big-bang launch.

Why it's part of the engine

RAPID's outputs include "a production-ready product plus the collateral to sell it." Treating collateral as a phase output — not an afterthought Commercial scrambles for post-launch — is what makes the go-to-market half keep pace with delivery.
