The shape​

  • UK and India co-chairs — one community, two geographies.
  • Weekly show-and-tell in the overlap window — what worked, what didn't, a new prompt/skill/gotcha worth stealing.
  • A "what we learned this loop" digest — visible, so lessons travel beyond the squad that learned them.

Why it matters​

Capital only compounds across squads if it travels. A brilliant prompt or a hard-won gotcha stuck in one squad helps no one else. The CoP is the mechanism that turns local learning into shared toolkit — the human counterpart to the versioned prompt/skill libraries. Without it, seven squads re-learn the same lessons seven times.
