Roles when agents build​

Every role changes when the agent does the typing: outcomes, acceptance and taste move up; typing moves to the agent; judgement and authority stay human. What each role actually does is defined in the squad playbook; the pooled-specialist engagement modes are in shared specialists; and accountability at every gate is set by the lifecycle RACI.
