Operating model

The minimum squad

The smallest unit that can deliver at RAPID pace:

  • Product Owner
  • Business Analyst
  • Senior Dev (Lead)
  • Intermediate Dev
  • Manual Tester
  • Auto Tester

Leadership & stakeholders

  • Product: Product Manager — via Danny
  • Project: Delivery Manager — via Angela
  • Test: Andrew
  • Delivery ownership: Carl / Vishal / Grant

Shared specialists

Pooled across squads rather than embedded in each:

AI · Security · DevOps · Data · Design · Agile Coach

These specialists serve the portfolio — VOC · ACCORD · Foundation · Verify · CLM · MDDi · ClaimPilot — building capability in squads rather than doing the work forever.

Roles when agents build

Every role changes when the agent does the typing:

  • The Product Owner owns outcomes, the PFD and acceptance.
  • The Business Analyst turns SME knowledge into machine-consumable specs.
  • The Senior Dev directs agents and is accountable for every merged line, regardless of author.
  • The Intermediate Dev operates agents and verifies their output.
  • The Manual Tester is the professional sceptic of agent output.
  • The Auto Tester builds the harnesses agents run against.
